TEXAS LTC
Receiving knowledgeable training with our certified instructors at Sportsman's Elite is the best way you can start towards getting your License to Carry (LTC).
The class will contain the following to meet the state requirements:
* Complete 5 1/2 hours of classroom training
* Pass a written examination
* Pass a proficiency demonstration (Being familiar with loading, unloading, working through malfunctions, and shooting accuracy).
You will still need to apply for the license through the Texas DPS website and getting fingerprints done with IdentoGo (additional documents may be required).
COST: $75
COURSE LENGTH: 5 Hours
WHEN: AS SCHEDULED
WHERE: CLASSROOM AND INDOOR RANGE (ON-SITE)

* Use of Force
* Non-Violent Dispute Resolution
* Safe and Proper Storage of Handguns and Ammunition
* Handgun Use and Safety
Upon successful completion of the training class, the instructor should
provide you with a Certificate of Training (LTC-100). You will need to
submit this form to DPS to complete your application.
You will need:
* Your Handgun, No Rentals will be Available
* 50 Rounds of Ammo
* Ear, Eye Protection, and a Mask
* Pen and Paper for Notes
No reloaded ammunition allowed
